Yes, the apartment offers free private parking inside the building for one vehicle. The parking space is secure and directly accessible from the property. There is also ample room to store bicycles if needed.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment to ensure the comfort of all our guests and to maintain the high quality of our furnishings.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 30-14 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival.
To confirm your reservation, we kindly ask for a 50% deposit at least 30 days before arrival. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to check-in. In addition to the cleaning service of €150, we ask for a security deposit of €450. This amount will be promptly refunded to the same bank account after your departure, once everything has been checked. It’s our way of ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience — for you and future guests. For your convenience, payments are made via bank transfer — safe, reliable, and straightforward.
