Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Yes, the apartment offers free private parking inside the building for one vehicle. The parking space is secure and directly accessible from the property. There is also ample room to store bicycles if needed.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment to ensure the comfort of all our guests and to maintain the high quality of our furnishings.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 30-14 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival.
To confirm your reservation, we kindly ask for a 50% deposit at least 30 days before arrival. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to check-in. In addition to the cleaning service of €150, we ask for a security deposit of €450. This amount will be promptly refunded to the same bank account after your departure, once everything has been checked. It’s our way of ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience — for you and future guests. For your convenience, payments are made via bank transfer — safe, reliable, and straightforward.
The apartment is just a 10-minute drive from the center of Estepona. Alternatively, you can enjoy a scenic bike ride along the coastal path (senda litoral), which takes you to Estepona in about 30 minutes. Puerto Banús, with its vibrant atmosphere, is less than 15 minutes away by car. You can reach the beach on foot or by bike via a small path of about 2 km. We’re happy to share tips on what to do in the area!
Yes, high-speed WiFi is available throughout the entire apartment at no additional cost. The connection is suitable for streaming and remote work.

Absolutely! The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, spacious fridge with freezer, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary cookware and utensils to prepare meals. With great care and attention to detail, elegant tableware was selected to add a touch of charm to every meal. Whether you're enjoying a quiet breakfast at the dining table or dining on the terrace with views of the sea and mountains — every moment at the table becomes a small celebration.
No smoking inside the apartment and no parties, please. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. A maximum of 4 guests may stay overnight, but you're welcome to invite friends to visit the apartment. In general, we kindly ask you to treat the apartment with the same respect as you would your own home.
